Eligibility: To participate in Evolution Crazy Time Leaderboard Bonus (the “Promotion”), an iGaming account is required. To obtain an iGaming account, register on the Four Winds Online Casino website. Each Customer must be 21 years of age or older. Employees of Four Winds, the household members of Employees at the director level or above and household members of employees in the iGaming or Marketing Departments, are not eligible to participate in this event. This Promotion is available to all players who successfully create and verify a Four Winds Online Casino account, and who meet the wagering thresholds outlined in section 4.

 

Players can view the leaderboard daily by clicking on the direct leaderboard link provided and highlighted on the live promotion page. The Leaderboard data will be a day behind due to access to the appropriate data. Friday, November 15th will be the first day players will see leaderboard data. Friday will contain the first 20 hours of Thursday. Then Saturday will contain 24 hours (4 hours of day before last, and 20 hours previous day), this will continue until Tuesday. Tuesday, November 19 will be the final data addition day where the last 4 hours of data will be added. See below for the tiered prize payout amounts:

3. Eligibility

5. Claiming the Promotion

 

Bonus prizes will be awarded to player accounts by the end of business day on November 19, 2024.  Participants must have an active and unlocked account at the time of the award.

 

6. Limitations on Participation

 

This promotion is available to all players who have a verified iGaming account and who meet the requirements outlined in section 3.

 

7. Wagering Requirements

Bonus is subject to the below playthrough requirements on eligible games.

Note: Video Poker and Sports Betting are not eligible for playthrough requirements of this promotion.

Example: If you receive a $10 bonus you will have to wager a total amount of $200 on Slots eligible casino games before those funds and any winnings are withdrawable.

Players have 7 days to complete the wagering requirements of this Bonus. Failure to complete the requirements will result in the expiration of the bonus and any remaining bonus amounts will be automatically deducted from the player account balance.

8. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

When you begin wagering the portion of your balance that was deposited, if applicable, will be used first, any winnings from your wagers are included as bonus winnings, until the wagering requirements of this promotion are met.

9. Withdrawal Restrictions

 

Players must meet all wagering requirements in section 7 to withdraw their bonus funds and any winnings made with bonus funds. Players can cancel any outstanding bonus on your account as detailed in section 10, this will enable players to withdraw any unused funds from their initial deposit, if applicable.

 

10. Cancellation of Promotion

 

Four Winds Online Casino and Sportsbook reserves the right to change the dates or cancel this promotion or any part of the promotion at any time without notice.

 

If a player wishes to cancel their Bonus, they can access Active Bonuses in the My Account section of the website or app, select this bonus, and select “Forfeit Bonus” and follow the prompts, this will enable you to withdraw any unused funds from your initial deposit.

 

General Conditions:

Four Winds reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Four Winds’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Four Winds in its sole discretion. Four Winds reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Four Winds’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

Disputes:  Dependent upon the location of wager placement, the laws of the state of Michigan or the laws of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi, and, to the extent not inconsistent with Pokagon Band law, the laws of the State of Michigan shall govern this event. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:  (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action, in any way related to this event shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards, shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Event, but in no case attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. For wagers placed solely on tribal lands of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi, the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission shall be the final arbiter of any and all disputes resulting from this event.  For wagers placed in the state of Michigan but outside of tribal lands, the Michigan Gaming Control Board shall be the final arbiter of any and all disputes resulting from this event.
