1. This promotion is valid from 00:00 (GMT+2) 13 January 2025 until 23:59 (GMT) 24 January 2025.
2. Players need to place a cumulative real money bet of R10 or more on any Bet Spins during the promotional period to qualify for a point.
3. Mechanics:
   • Every accumulative R10 staked on Bet Spins, throughout the promotional period, will grant the player 1 point towards the leaderboard.
   • Collect all the hidden letters to spell out to spell out the hidden/mystery words and receive a 1,000 extra points, per letter, towards the leaderboard.
   • There are three mystery words; a new word will be available every four days of the tournament. (each mystery word can only be used once)
   • For every R20 staked, you stand a chance to collect three secret letters, every secret letter will grant you 2000 points towards the leaderboard. (each secret letter can only be used once)
   • Position on the leaderboard is based on real money bets wagered. The top 3 players will win a cash prize based on the table below:

4. A push notification will be put in place to display this information to the players.
5. Player will be able to track their progress on the leaderboard via an external link created by Evolution.
6. Only resulted real money bets will count towards the leaderboard, regardless of whether the outcome of the game round has the player winning or losing.
7. Bets that are “Cashed Out” or refunded/cancelled will not be eligible for this promotion.
8. The winners will be announced on 27 January 2025.
9. co.za will inform the winners and allocate the prizes accordingly within 72h from the end of the Promotional Period.
10. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winners via the registered contact details provided or otherwise readily available.
11. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
12. Cash prizes will not have any wagering requirements and players will be able to withdraw said prizes immediately should they wish to do so.
13. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.

GENERAL

14. This promotion is only valid for registered and FICA verified Bet.co.za account holders.
15. Self-excluded players are not permitted to participate in any Bet.co.za promotional offers.
16. No person under 18 is allowed to participate in this promotion.
17. By entering the promotion, you agree:
    • that Bet.co.za may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
    • to receiving communication from Bet.co.za’s sponsors and partners,
    • to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
18. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the promotion.
19. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Bet.co.za, Evolution or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
20. co.za reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion or prizes, at its sole discretion, for any legitimate reason following approval by the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board.
21. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
23. In addition to these Terms and Conditions for the Bonus, our General Terms and Conditions and our General Bonus Terms and Conditions apply.
24. Any grievances and/or disputes will be handled in terms of Bet.co.za’s internal dispute resolution processes. You may contact our customer service as indicated on the Bet.co.za Website.
25. co.za will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly. If you disagree with the final decision in respect of your complaint and would like to escalate it, then you may email your written submission along with the final decision of Bet.co.za to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board at betting@WCGRB.co.za.
