General

This promotional campaign named Ruletas de la Semana (“Campaign”) is operated by Evolution (and/or by Evolution Group companies). Participation in the Campaign is conditional upon casinos/Operators (“You”/”Your”) opting in to the said campaign. To the extent applicable, platform providers shall ensure that all Approved Partners/sub-licensees opt into the Campaign.

Campaign Term

The Campaign shall run from March 1st, 2025 00:00 CET until 23:59 March 8th, 2026, CET (“Campaign Term”) and will be split into 13 weekly campaigns.

What does the Campaign consist of?

Campaign Games will be awarded points as follows:

• win on 1 straight up bet = player awarded 10 points
• win on 1 lightning straight up bet = player awarded 50 points

The top 20 players per week during the Campaign Term will share a prize pool of €10,000 per week as set out below.

Prizes

The total prize pool for the whole Campaign is €130,000 (or its equivalent in all supported currencies). The top 20 winners will share a total prize pool of €10,000 (or its equivalent in all supported currencies) per week of the Campaign.

Other terms and conditions

The following general terms shall apply to the Campaign:

1. Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
2. You shall ensure that the Campaign is conducted in accordance with the Applicable Laws of those markets where the Campaign is offered by You. Evolution will be held harmless from and against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever nature resulting from Your failure to comply.
3. Evolution reserves the right to subject the winning of any rewards to such reasonable verification processes (including, but not limited to, age verification and geo-location verification) that Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) may, from time to time, request in writing (email permitted).
4. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, Evolution disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and/or markets/jurisdictions with respect to the Campaign. The offering of the Campaign to You is in its entirety conditional upon and subject to You being solely responsible for ensuring that the Campaign is only offered to end users in those markets/jurisdictions where it is legal to do so and/or in accordance with Your applicable licences. Accordingly, You shall ensure that the Campaign is only used by it where it is legal to do so and, wherever legal, expressly in accordance with Applicable Laws. Evolution (and its Group entities) will be held harmless from and against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever nature resulting from Your failure to comply.
5. Evolution reserves the right to change/modify the Campaign Game(s) at its discretion.
6. Evolution reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or any component thereof, at any time with immediate effect upon written notice (email permitted) to
