The following general terms shall apply:
 
1. Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.
 
2. The Operator shall ensure that the Campaign is conducted in accordance with the Applicable Laws of those markets where the Campaign is offered. Evolution will be held harmless from and against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever nature resulting from the Operator’s failure to comply.
 
3. Evolution reserves the right to subject the winning of the Prize(s) to such reasonable verification processes (including, but not limited to, age verification and geo-location verification) that Evolution (acting reasonably and in good faith) may, from time to time, request in writing (email permitted).
 
4. Payment of any cash Prize(s) to the winning player(s) is the responsibility of the Operator. Evolution undertakes and agrees to reimburse the Operator via a credit note to be granted in the invoice issued by Evolution following the win.
 
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolution disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and/or markets/jurisdictions.
 
6. The offering of the Campaign to the Operator is in its entirety conditional upon and subject to the Operator being solely responsible for ensuring that the Campaign is only offered to Users in those markets/jurisdictions where it is legal to do so and/or in accordance with the Operator’s applicable licences. Accordingly, the Operator shall ensure that the Campaign is only used by it where it is legal to do so and, wherever legal, expressly in accordance with Applicable Laws. Evolution (and its Group entities) will be held harmless from and against any and all liability or loss of whatsoever nature resulting from the Operator’s failure to comply.

7. Evolution reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or any component thereof, at any time upon written notice (email permitted) to the casino/Operator.
