Terms & Conditions

1. Players must bet at least R30 per round on Mega Ball and receive points each round according to the Mega Ball multiplier.
2. The first 5 players in order of points collected will share a prize pool of R5,000 weekly!
3. Winners will receive their winnings to their KayaMoola accounts within 72 hours, once the tournament has ended.
4. Prize Breakdown:

1st – R2,000
2nd – R1,500
3rd – R750
4th – R500
5th – R250

1. The winners will be notified via SMS or email.

2. Kaya Moola is licensed by the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator and undertakes to abide by all the applicable laws, regulations and rules. The contract between Kaya Moola and the Player is made in terms of these laws and the terms and conditions herein contained. Players agree to abide by all legislated requirements and these terms and conditions. It remains the Players sole responsibility to ensure that they agree and understand all terms and conditions on an ongoing basis.

3. The opening of an internet betting account and more particularly the conduct of betting transactions between Kaya Moola and its Players shall be exclusively governed by the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.

4. The Laws of the Republic of South Africa recorded in 1.2 are, inter alia, the following:

   • the National Gambling Act 33 of 1996 read with its regulations (as amended from time to time);

   • the Mpumalanga Gambling Act 5 of 1995 read with its regulations (as amended from time to time);

   • the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 read with its regulations (as amended from time to time) (“FICA”);

   • the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 read with its regulations (as amended from time to time); and

   • the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act No 25 of 2002 read with its regulations (as amended from time to time)
