1. Promotional Period

1.1. The “Evo Casino & Spin Tournament” promotion will run from 00:00 (SAST) on 1 December 2024 to 23:59 (SAST) on 31 December 2024.

1.2. The Promotion will run on any Evolution Casino and Spin Games by game providers; Red Tiger, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming, and No Limit City.

1.3. Bets placed outside of the stated promotional period will not count towards tournament points, regardless of when they are settled.

2. General Provisions

2.1. Participation in this promotion is governed by these specific terms and conditions, which must be read in conjunction with Interbet’s general terms and conditions.

2.2. By participating in this promotion, you confirm you have had the opportunity to read, understand, and accept these terms and conditions.

2.3. Interbet reserves the right to modify, amend, postpone, or cancel the promotion, including any rules or terms and conditions, after consultation with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

2.4. By engaging in the promotion, you agree to indemnify and hold Interbet, including its directors, employees, and suppliers, harmless from any liability for damages, costs, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of your participation, except where such damages are caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by Interbet.

2.5. Interbet, including its directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, is not responsible for any misrepresentations (whether written or verbal) regarding the rewards or any warranties provided by parties other than Interbet.

3. Promotion Mechanics

3.1. Each bet placed on any qualifying games during the “Evo Casino & Spin Tournament” promotional period will earn the player 1 point. The top players, ranked by total points on the leaderboard, will have the chance to win a prize.

3.2. Players can win one of ten holiday destination prizes, with the total prize pool valued at R200,000. Each individual holiday prize forms part of this total value and will be assigned based on the player’s ranking. Interbet will determine the holiday destinations based on the best value options corresponding to each prize tier.

3.3. Each player can only win one prize, regardless of their ranking or number of points on the leaderboard.

3.4. The prize amounts for the Evo Casino & Spin Tournament are as follows:

3.4.1. 1st Prize: R45,000 Holiday Package/Holiday Voucher

3.4.2. 2nd – 5th Prize: R20,000 Holiday Package/Holiday Voucher

3.4.3. 6th to 10th Prizes: R15,000 Holiday Package/Holiday Voucher each

3.5. Prize amounts may change at the discretion of Interbet, and winners will be notified of any adjustments.

3.6. Any additions to a holiday package requested by a winner above the specified holiday package amount will be at the winner’s own cost.

3.7. Winners will receive either a holiday package or a holiday voucher valued at the corresponding amount listed above.

3.8. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

3.9. Players must have a valid passport for international travel, should the trip involve destinations outside of South Africa. If a trip requires vaccinations or other medical documentation, the winning player is responsible for arranging and covering the costs. Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If a player cannot utilize the prize due to passport or travel issues, the prize will also be forfeited. The holiday destination will be determined based on the best value option corresponding to the prize assigned to each ranking.

3.10. The holiday prize package may include return flights, accommodation, airport taxes, and transfers. While meals may be included, they are not guaranteed. Travel insurance and all other expenses, such as spending money, are the responsibility of the winner.

3.11. Minimum Bet Requirements

3.11.1. Players must meet the following minimum bet requirements to be eligible for participation in the Evo Casino & Spin Tournament and to earn a point:

3.12. Bets below these minimum amounts will not qualify for points.

3.13. Points are earned regardless of whether a game round results in a win or loss.

3.14. Push notifications will be sent to inform qualifying players about tournament details and prize updates.

3.15. All qualifying players will be announced after the promotion ends. Interbet will then contact the winning players to provide further details about their holiday destinations and trip durations.

3.16. Interbet will make its best efforts to contact the winning players using the contact details provided on their accounts (email, SMS, or phone call). If a winning player cannot be reached or does not respond within 48 hours of the first contact attempt, the prize will be forfeited and may be offered to the next eligible player on the leaderboard.

3.17. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure their contact information is up to date on their Interbet account. Interbet is not liable for unclaimed prizes due to outdated or incorrect contact information.

3.18. If a prize is forfeited, no further claims will be entertained, and the decision to award the prize to the next eligible player is final.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1. In the event of a dispute regarding the promotion, please contact support@interbet.co.za. Interbet shall investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it amicably.

4.2. If the parties cannot agree on a resolution, Interbet shall refer the dispute to the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board (“WCGRB”). This does not prohibit the complainant from also referring the matter to the WCGRB.
